Went for a battery check and very kindly took it in, although I did not have an appointment. I then asked them to change the oil and filters; I thought it couldn´t be much more than other places; maybe less? Summary: $1609.07 for changing the battery, changing the oil and filters. Out of that, $823.67 + tax in parts, $55.2 + tax in Shop supplies (for oil, filters and battery change??) and $552 + tax in labor (at $150/hour, almost four hours). 5w30 Syn "BLEND" priced at $10.23/1l. Still waiting for them to tell me what battery they installed; I checked myself and about 20% more than any store without a discount). Argument when asked
about the high price: it´s a Mercedes (a 2011, btw). They were nice, tho, and the quality of the service, time will tell. This only happens once.
