A little history...
I received a catalog in the mail, looked it over, found the product ID of TSO to be the oil of choice. I ordered 6 quarts of the TSO and an Amsoil SDF oil filter. The LS1 engine uses Amsoil filter SDF-32. The LT1 engines use filter SDF-25. I drove 3,000 miles on this oil while checking the oil stick periodically. To my astonishment, the oil consumption went away. I never thought this could be possible using a quality synthetic oil. I was always told that synthetic oil was thin and that it would go around pistons, etc. Was that the fattest lie I ever found out.
AMSOIL Dealer Jerry Tubbs of Collierville, Tennessee introduced Neff and C66 Racing to the fine products of AMSOIL. Has it paid off? In 2003 Neff was the MidSouth SCCA Region Rookie of the Year. He raced in seven regionals with seven wins and six nationals with two wins. So far in 2004 C66 Racing has posted one national win in a record track time. "After losing a motor in 2003 due to a bearing failure, I searched for a better oil and discovered AMSOIL, the recognized leader in synthetic engine oils, automatic transmission fluids and differential fluids for high performance applications," reports Neff. It was at this time that Tubbs and Neff hooked up. "I now run AMSOIL products not only in my race car, but my tow vehicle and street cars as well." Neff is never satisfied, always striving to be the best. He uses AMSOIL for the performance he needs in his car to win, but like his license plate says, "Fun 1st."
Click the Testimonies link above and read about why so many race car drivers, police departments and trucking companies are using Amsoil and see the proof of why there is no better oil, despite all of the claims that other competing oil manufacturers make and often get sued over. 30 years and millions of miles of solid proof that Amsoil is #1 and FIRST IN SYNTHETICS. "After seeing the extensive tests using taxi cabs that was performed comparing conventional oil (what the majority of the world uses) vs. Amsoil, you COULD NOT PAY ME to put that conventional oil in any of my cars ever again." After break-in on the differential, I highly recommend Amsoil's 75W90 gear lube. You don't need any additives. It keeps gears quiet without the GM additive. This is some of the best stuff you can find on the market for rear end differentials. I encourage you to study this entire web site and study it well. While you are looking over the site, get a free catalog sent to you in the mail. DO THIS NOW. There's a lot to read. It took me several weeks to read all of this information and absorb it all. I had no idea that this oil was so important. You'll get one heck of an education here. Believe me! I just can't believe that this oil has been around all of these years and nobody told me about it sooner. I had no idea that tons of NASCAR people used this stuff in their cars and world records were being won as well. It's mindblowing that more high performance automotive shops have never heard of Amsoil and don't stock their shelves with it. From what I heard, there are tons of race car people who swear by this stuff. When it came to protecting my engine and prevent an engine rebuild of my LS1, I would have paid as much as $30 per quart if I had to. |

This oil has been around for over
30 years and I've only found out about it back in 2001.
I was a diehard Mobil 1 synthetic user for nearly 8 years
until I discovered the benefits of Amsoil. One day I attended
a car club in St. Louis and and listened in on a conversation
between a couple of older car enthusiasts talking about
the best oil to use. I was intrigued by their talk of
Amsoil. At the time, my LS1 engine was having a bad oil consumption problem that a lot of 2001
LS1 engines had during that year. From what I heard and
read, if the problem was bad enough, I would end up bringing
the car back to the dealer and have them rebuild the engine
under warranty. That was the VERY LAST thing I wanted
to do. My engine ran perfect other than the oil consumption
of about a quart of oil every 1,500 miles of expensive
Mobil 1 5W30 synthetic. I was literally losing sleep over
this. So after doing some research, it was determined
that the
You bet Brad Neff of Bartlett, Tennessee
wants the best for his Corvette. "I have been so impressed
with AMSOIL and its products that I have become an AMSOIL
dealer myself, "says Neff. That's a strong testimoney
to AMSOIL product performance and business potential.
